M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea has announced Nando's as its latest signing, as pet retailer Jollyes prepares to open at the retail park. Nando's has signed a 15-year lease for a 3,945 sq ft space, with the restaurant chain expected to open in early 2026. The deal is the latest in a string of lettings at M Parc Fforestfach, reflecting ongoing investment by scheme owner LCP, part of M Core, as it looks to enhance the tenant mix and visitor experience.

Wingstop has opened its first restaurant of 2025 and its second in Wales on Wind Street in Swansea. Located adjacent to a number of restaurants, bars, and pubs, the 2,762 sq ft site plays host to 115 covers and offers the brand's signature range of chicken wings. Wingstop opened its first restaurant in Wales in 2023 in Cardiff, and currently operates 57 sites across the UK as a whole. Last month, the operator announced record expansion plans for 2025, with 20 new restaurants expected by the end of the year.

Commercial property and investment company LCP, part of M Core, has agreed a deal with Jollyes that will see the pet retailer join M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea. The signing follows a number of new openings at the retail park towards the end of 2024, including indoor play area Funky Fun Factory and gym operator Anytime Fitness. Established in 1971, Jollyes has over 100 superstores across the UK and offers pet products alongside grooming services.
