Primark has opened its first standalone Home store in Great Britain at Manchester Palazzo. The two storey, 12,000 sq ft store features products such as bedding, throws, decorative pieces, and storage solutions. It also features a mezzanine floor with Primark's travel offering, which includes luggage and travel accessories. Primark's existing Trafford Palazzo store has also had a makeover, now featuring an expanded womenswear offering, upgraded fixtures across the health and beauty department, and a new beauty studio.

A new indoor golf venue founded by a PGA professional is set to open at Salford's Quayside this autumn. The 4,500 sq ft space will provide seven Trackman simulators, taking players to over 450 world-famous courses including St. Andrews and Pebble Beach. TeeClub will also launch with a partnership with sports equipment brand TaylorMade, so guests can either use their own clubs or make use of the venue's own equipment.

Manchester has been chosen by the brand due to its deep heritage in football, music and fashion. Opening in early 2026, PD:FC will look to become a new hub for the Greater Manchester football community – uniting players, coaches, fans, culture-inspired creatives, and young talent.
