Spanning 1,800 sq ft, Kookaï's new space at 37 Carnaby Street will feature its latest store concept and offer a range of womenswear designed at the brand's Melbourne studio. French luxury fragrance house MATIERE PREMIERE has opened its first store in the UK at 31 King Street in Shaftesbury Capital's Covent Garden estate in London. Spanning 708 sq ft, the new store showcases the brand's full portfolio of scents, each of which are centred around a single, natural raw material. Battersea Power Station in London has appointed strategic urban design practice Studio Egret West to evolve the original Rafael Viñoly masterplan for the remaining 16-acres of the 42-acre riverside neighbourhood. The new plans have the potential to create up to 3.2 million sq ft of residential, commercial, cultural, and leisure space. The appointment of a master planner and urban designer marks another step in the progression of one of London’s most high-profile regeneration projects.
