Located at 1/3, 17–19 Haymarket and 4–6 Humberstone Gate, the 110,219 sq ft block is anchored by a 40,000 sq ft TK Maxx store. Other occupiers include Deichmann, Evans Cycles, Costa Coffee, Burger King, Timpson, Ladbrokes, and a Halifax Building Society. The parade benefits from dual frontages to Haymarket and Humberstone Gate, strong footfall, and direct integration with the 214,000 sq ft Haymarket Centre.

Superdrug to join Leicester's Highcross

Superdrug is set to open at Highcross Leicester this autumn, as the shopping destination looks to expand its wellbeing and beauty offering. The health and beauty retailer has taken a 10-year lease for two units on the lower mall, previously home to Paperchase and Designer Furniture Store, for a total of 9,000 sq ft of space. The signing follows the recent arrivals of fellow beauty and wellbeing retailers, Rituals and Space NK, at Highcross Leicester.
