British Land has announced the launch of Broadgate Central, the City of London's latest retail, dining, and leisure destination. Located within British Land's Broadgate Campus, the scheme spans 120,000 sq ft across the ground and lower ground floors of 1 Broadgate and 100 Liverpool Street, and is already 90% let or under offer. Golf-led leisure concept Five Iron is set to open its first European location at British Land's Broadgate Campus in the City of London. Located at 1 Finsbury Avenue, the 6,900 sq ft space will anchor the ground floor, featuring eight Trackman simulators offering real-time swing feedback. The venue will also serve as a sports bar and entertainment destination, showing major sporting events such as Premier League football and Formula 1 races.

London Square gets green light for Wimbledon Bridge House mixed-use conversion

Homebuilder London Square has secured planning permission from the London Borough of Merton to transform Wimbledon Bridge House into a mixed-use development. The vacant office building, constructed in 1989, was acquired by London Square earlier this year. It stands in the heart of the town centre opposite Wimbledon train station and close to the All England Lawn Tennis Club, home of the Wimbledon Championships.
