Anthropologie has opened its first store in the north west of England at Liverpool ONE. Occupying 7,000 sq ft, the lifestyle retailer's store trades across 5,000 sq ft and offers a range of apparel, accessories, and homewares. The store features Anthropologie’s full product ranges, including its own-label fashion collections – Maeve, Pilcro, and Daily Practice – alongside a selection of branded names.

Four independent food and beverage operators have signed for a total of 13,600 sq ft of space at Liverpool ONE. These include a trio of brands new to Liverpool, as well as one local operator which will be opening its second location in the city. Making its city debut in November is Brewski, which will open a 4,700 sq ft restaurant alongside Wagamama and Smoke & Dough on Liverpool ONE's Leisure Terrace.

XF Gym has opened a new location at St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool city centre. The gym operator has opened a 30,000 sq ft space within the former Wilko unit, following a £5m fit-out. Features of the new space include: an open-plan workout zone; a bespoke Hyrox space; a variety of group classes including spin, yoga, Pilates, boxing, and dance; and spa spaces such as saunas, showers, and sunbeds.
