The variety retailer's new 30,000 sq ft store offers a range of products across categories such as cleaning and laundry, decorating and DIY, home and garden, and pet care. Customers are also be able to access Wilko's full range of products via self-service terminals, with options for home delivery and click-and-collect.

Wingstop has opened its 22nd restaurant in London at The Chimes shopping centre in Uxbridge. Spanning 3,000 sq ft with space for 62 diners, the restaurant offers the brand's range of signature wings alongside desserts and drinks, including milkshakes and beer. Since launching in 2018, Wingstop UK is set to have 57 sites by the end of the year, with an ambition to reach 200 locations within the next five years.

Capital Theatre has signed a 10-year lease with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) for a new permanent 36,000 sq ft venue at Westfield London. The theatre operator will occupy the ground floor of the former Debenhams department store, with the new venue set to launch in October 2025. The new venue will launch with Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage, following the success of Dirty Dancing as the fastest-selling show in West End theatre history.
