The new restaurant will offer a menu that includes Korean corn dogs, tteokbokki, fried chicken, and kimbap. Bunsik will join recent F&B additions at Trafford Centre such as Joe & The Juice and Jerk Chicken. F&B has been the second-fastest growing category at the scheme, recording a year-on-year sales increase of 9.

Everlast picks Trafford Palazzo to open 28,000 sq ft gym

Trafford Palazzo in Manchester has secured a major letting with Everlast Gyms+, which has taken a 28,000 sq ft unit at the shopping and leisure destination. Set to open in early 2026, Everlast Gyms+ Trafford Palazzo will feature functional and group training zones with Nautilus gym equipment covering cardio, pin and plate loaded machines, as well as free weights.
