BPerfect is set to open its third store in Scotland at the Trinity Centre in Aberdeen. The cosmetics brand – which was founded by Brendan McDowell in Belfast in 2012 – is stocked globally and has 14 stores across the UK and Ireland. This latest store will open in September and stock the brand's full range of products across categories including makeup, tanning, and skincare. Kenny Bruce, centre manager for Trinity Aberdeen, said: “It’s fantastic to bring BPerfect to the Trinity Centre, a brand that further enhances the centres retail offering, supporting our commitment to bring new brands to Aberdeen.

Superdry is set to return to Aberdeen after agreeing a deal to join the Bon Accord Centre. The clothing retailer will take a 6,000 sq ft unit and its opening follows the recent arrival of Danish homeware brand Søstrene Grene at the scheme. The centre also secured Fat Face in April, joining the Bon Accord Centre's existing tenant line-up which includes Next, Boots, New Look, and Waterstones.

M Core has acquired three neighbourhood retail assets in Aberdeen for a total consideration of over £4.4m. The acquisitions add more than 58,000 sq ft of retail space to M Core's portfolio, and form part of the property collective's strategy to invest in community-focused assets across the country. The newly acquired properties include: Greenfern Place, Mastrick – a community retail hub spanning 30,563 sq ft with 22 units.
