Parkgate retail park in Rotherham, Yorkshire has completed 17,000 sq ft of new lettings with the signings of The Food Warehouse and Mydentist. The Food Warehouse has taken a 12,500 sq ft unit adjacent to Morrisons on a 15-year term. APAM has sold a retail park in Chester to a private investor for £5.5m. The group has offloaded Wheatbridge Retail Park, which spans 52,944 and is fully let to Wickes, Tapi Carpets, and Smyth Toys. The scheme produces a rental income of £544,488 per annum, equating to an average rent of £10.28 per sq ft. It is also supplement by 209 car parking spaces. The subject property is situated 12 miles south of Sheffield and 24 miles north of Derby, in the town’s main retail warehouse pitch.
