Kings Walk is the dominant retail centre in Gloucester, comprising 180,00 sq ft of prime retail space. Major retailers include Primark, River Island and WH Smiths. The enclosed shopping centre comprises 40 stores, anchored by strong fashion retailers including River Island, BHS and Primark, together with a range of catering options ranging from ‘grab & go’ through to ‘sit in’ cafes and dining areas, leading onto Kings Square. Kings Square has now opened following the £5m refurbishment.

Gloucester Quays is one of the largest mixed use waterside regeneration developments in the UK. Since the opening of phase one in 2009 Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet has attracted over 2 million visitors. Phase 2 is in development and accecting leases. 50 stores are currently open with 123 units planned. Current tenants include Next Outlet, Musto, Osprey London, LK Bennett, Nike Factory Store, Austin Reed, Calvin Klein, Gap Outlet and The White Company.

The Eastgate Shopping Centre is an enclosed two level covered shopping centre comprising approximately 170,000 sq ft of retail accommodation spread over 53 units. The centre enjoys a footfall of over 150,000 people per week. The scheme is anchored by Marks & Spencer, H&M, Tesco, Poundland, JD Sports and Vision Express.
