The proposed retail warehouse development is to comprise a 50,000 sq ft terrace adjacent to Dunelm with a surface car park fronting Childs way and Grafton Street. This will enhance the prominence of the new building at the junction of this important interchange.

The access is to be from Snowdon Drive, the main route to the retail parks of Routeco, winter hill and Cairngorm Gate.

The new units will benefit from 6.5 m to underside of eaves, a standard developers shell and share a 201 space car park.

Grafton Court occupies a prominent corner location at the roundabout junction of Childs way and Grafton Street (A421), which in turn leads to the A5. The premises are located within the ‘winter hill’ area of Milton Keynes which forms the dominant out of town retail destination, in close proximity to the Centre:MK and Central Station.

The development is accessed via Snowdon Drive which links to the other retail parks, namely winter hill Retail Park, Cairngorm Gate and Routeco, where the likes of DFS, Furniture Village, homebase, Dunelm, PC world and wickes are located.
