Bill's has opened at Centre:mk, leading a trio of new F&B brands arriving at the Milton Keynes shopping destination. The operator has opened a 3,000 sq ft eatery on the corner of Queens Court and Silbury Arcade. The restaurant is Bill's first new location in six years, with the Richard Caring-backed all-day dining concept set to expand into 2025 and beyond. Also joining Centre:mk is Cornish Bakery, which has made its regional debut after opening a 2,650 sq ft café on Deer Walk.

SpaceNK has opened at Centre:mk, rounding off a busy year of retail openings and investments at the Milton Keynes scheme. The beauty retailer has opened a 1,721 sq ft store on Silbury Arcade, showcasing a selection of makeup and skincare products from over 100 brands. The new store features a dedicated consultation area for customers, who will also be able to sign up to SpaceNK's loyalty scheme to earn redeemable points.

Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has acquired a 50% stake in the Centre:mk shopping centre in Milton Keynes from pension fund AustralianSuper. Constructed in 1979, Centre:mk is the primary retail destination in Milton Keynes. The 1.79m sq ft asset is home to retailers such as River Island, Next, JD, The White Company, Hobbs, Kurt Geiger, Boots and TK Maxx. Food and beverage occupiers include Yo Sushi, Wagamama, Nando’s, Bryon, Ned’s, Pret, McDonalds, and Pizza Express.
