Derbion has been at the heart of Derby since 2007 and typically attracts 15 million visitors each year.

The centre has an attractive line up of famous brands with over 200 household names, including; Next, Zara, Mango, M&S, Lush and JD as well as an enticing selection of premium fashion brands including Hugo Boss, Hobbs, TAG Heuer Boutique, Tommy Hilfiger and Flannels.

Since 2021, Derbion has delivered a transformational leasing strategy with 35 new lettings and upsizes in the last 18 months, over £35m invested by retailers on new stores, refits and upsizes plus £3.6m invested into the F&B offer including £2m into the new Food Terrace.

Derbion has welcomed a variety of new brands including Castore, White Stuff and Rituals and we’re proud to have opened a 127,000 sq ft department store for Frasers, Sports Direct, USC and GAME.

In addition to fashion, Derbion is also home to a vibrant Food Terrace which has recently welcomed new eateries Popeyes, Tortilla and Burger and Sauce. The centre also boasts ten restaurants and a leisure hub anchored by a 12-screen Showcase Cinema De Lux, Hollywood Bowl, Paradise Island Adventure Golf and the 640-seat Derby Theatre.

The continued investment by both Derbion, and its retailers has helped it to attract more than 15m visitors a year as it continues to enhance its retail, leisure and F&B options to ensure it offers a full family day out and remains in the top 20 UK retail assets.

As England’s most central city, Derby enjoys unrivalled access by road and rail. Excellent access by car from the M1, A6, A52 and A38 is complemented by a comprehensive rail network, connecting to London in 1 hour 33 minutes. Westfield Derby is conveniently located adjacent to the city’s ring road and within close proximity to the city’s bus and railway stations.

The 3,700 car parking spaces feed directly into the new centre making it the city’s main parking destination.
