Darlington North Retail Park is now under construction and will comprise an Aldi supermarket, Iceland Food Warehouse, Poundland, Jollyes, Card Factory, Barnardo’s, Subway and a KFC Drive Thru.

The development is prominently situated on the new junction on the A167, which is the main arterial route north from Darlington Town Centre. Adjacent retailers in this district centre location are Morrisons Foodstore, B&Q and B&M Bargains, alongside other established trade counter uses.

The A167 carries circa. 21,000 vehicles per day at this point. The new traffic light junction provides all way access into the development and the site offers fantastic visibility for passing and local trade alike.
