The Centre is situated in the heart of the NEC Campus, opposite Resorts World Arena and proximity to The NEC Exhibition Centre and Bear Grylls Adventure Centre. There are c 16,500 people employed on campus (2019) at Birmingham Airport, NEC, Birmingham Business Park, Trinity Business Park, Blythe Valley Virgin offices, Birmingham International Train Station and Birmingham Airport. There are currently 10 hotels on campus including, Genting Hotel, Hilton and Crowne Plaza situated in proximity to the Centre.

The Centre comprises c 538,000 sq ft of retail outlet and leisure accommodation and c 2,300 car park spaces. Anchors include an 11 Screen IMAX Cinema, a 4* Genting Hotel, Genting Casino. There are 20 retail outlet boutiques and 14 restaurants, bars and cafes

Resorts World is located a few minutes’ drive from junction 6 of the M42 and junction 4 of the M6 and benefits from excellent road links. The Centre has a catchment area of 7 million within a 60 minute drivetime. Birmingham International train station is situated a five minute walk from the Centre and carries c7 million passengers annually (2018-2019.) Birmingham Airport is a 10 minute walk away and carries up to c12.7 million passengers annually (2019.)
