Location

The site is located 1.4 km to the south of the city centre within the urban fringe of Ely to the south of the Cambridgeshire Business Park. It is located directly off Angel Drove (A142) which is one of the main approaches into Ely.

The A142 is connected to the south via a roundabout which joins with the A10 and

Cambridge Road. The A10 forms part of the County Primary Route Network, linking Ely to the city of Cambridge. To the north, Angel Drove joins Station Road (which links to the city centre) and Bridge Road (A142).
