Bretton Centre Peterborough, PE3 8DN
Peterborough is the largest city in Cambridgeshire with a population of more than 200,000.
The Bretton Centre is located on the north western side of Peterborough, approximately 2 miles from the City Centre. It can be accessed via Junction 16 on the A47 or via the A1620 which links on to Bretton Way.
The scheme benefits from good frontage onto Bretton Way as well as frontage on to Flaxland Road where a regular bus service operates, providing access to the scheme.
There are a lack of competing schemes within the immediate vicinity of the Centre and it is sandwiched in between an Iceland and ALDI, in addition to the c. 67,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s food store anchor.
The scheme is very popular with shoppers, but also links on to the popular Cresset Centre, encompassing a number of local amenities such as a Pre-School, Church and Performing Arts Centre.
