New Look is set to relocate its store at Metrocentre in Gateshead, with the fashion retailer unveiling its largest concept store in the UK. The retailer – which has traded at Metrocentre for 20 years – will relocate into a 11,000 sq ft 'omni-hub' format store, which looks to combine an elevated store environment with digital services. The new store will feature a dedicated space that aims to integrate digital and physical shopping journeys through click-and-collect, self-service e-commerce drop-offs, order in-store showrooms, and digital browsing displays.
