Stationery retailer Moleskine will make its Scottish debut at Edinburgh's St James Quarter, opening its first store outside of London. The retailer will take a c.1,000 sq ft unit on Level 3 of the scheme, joining Ryman Designs in extending the destination's stationery offer. The new location will feature Moleskine's latest store concept and offer a range of notebooks, planners, and stationery.

The Centre in Livingston is set to welcome Wingstop and Flying Tiger as part of a flurry of new openings at the Scottish scheme. Since the start of the year, the shopping centre has welcomed the arrival of Starbucks, Aunty Anne’s, F.Hinds, XXXTra salon, and last month, ArrowHeadz's first Scottish darts store. Wingstop and Flying Tiger will open at the scheme before Christmas, alongside MINISO, Cake Box, and Pizza Dawgz, while 2026 will see the arrival of Marble Buffet's 380-seat restaurant and Hollywood Bowl's 22-lane bowling alley and leisure complex.

Family-run jewellers F.Hinds is set to open a new store at The Centre Livingston, with Marble Buffet also joining the scheme. F.Hinds' 1,395 sq ft store – which will be located next to Ryman – is due to open in August. The store joins 118 others across the UK and will offer a range of products alongside services such as jewellery and watch repairs. Meanwhile, restaurant operator Marble Buffet will be opening a 15,770 sq ft, 380-seater eatery above Nando's on Almondvale Boulevards, set to open in May 2026.
