Dalton Park Outlet adds trio of fashion brands

Dalton Park Outlet in County Durham has expanded its fashion line-up with the addition of a trio of brands. British clothing and accessories retailer Weird Fish opened its store at the end of February, whilst White Stuff and Castore will join the scheme on 6th March. Spanning 1,520 sq ft, Castore's new store will become the performance sportswear brand's 25th in the UK, and its first in the North East of England.

LCP brings trio of tenants to Washington shopping centre

Commercial property and investment company LCP, part of M Core, has brought a trio of new tenants to M The Galleries, Washington (formerly The Galleries). The scheme welcomed a new food and beverage offering from restaurant operator Loungers, opening as Cantoro Lounge. The 3,968 sq ft restaurant, which opened in December, has been taken on a 15-year lease. Cantoro Lounge forms part of a 30,000 sq ft retail and leisure redevelopment project at the centre, which features four new shopfronts, external cladding, and new landscaping.

LCP repurposes over 41,000 sq ft at Sunderland retail park

LCP, part of M Core, has welcomed three new tenants to M The Galleries Washington, taking the total amount of repurposed space at the Sunderland scheme to over 41,000 sq ft. Country Kitchen and Eden Mobility have opened on the ground floor, with Natural Soul Skincare adding to the retail offer on the first floor. These new openings follow on from 19 deals which have already been completed at M The Galleries this year.
