The Boulevard in Banbridge, Northern Ireland, is welcoming the arrival of sporting goods retailer Sportslocker. Opening on Saturday, the retailer's 1,300 sq ft store will join existing sports retailers at the outlet centre including Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, ASICS, and Castore. The announcement follows a successful trading period for the Lotus Property-owned scheme, which saw year-on-year increases in sales and footfall of 8% and 38% respectively during the Easter fortnight.

Luxury accessories brand Radley has opened a 1,800 sq ft store at The Boulevard in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. Owned by Lotus Properties, The Boulevard has welcomed 21 new permanent and pop-up stores since the Pandemic in 2020. The luxury outlet centre has seen the likes of Kate Spade NY, Guess, Dune London, M&S, Levis, Joules, and Kurt Geiger open over the last few years. Under Armour is set to make its bricks-and-mortar debut in Northern Ireland at The Boulevard in Banbridge. The sportswear brand will be opening in a 2,589 sq ft unit at the designer outlet centre in November. Under Armour's signing at The Boulevard follow's the centre's best-ever trading period this summer, with sales increasing by 10% year-on-year. The scheme has also renewed long-standing tenant Next's lease and has welcomed Molton Brown to a permanent lease following a pop-up campaign.
