St Johns Liverpool to open 'Beatles Story' experience

Apple Corps Ltd, Liverpool City Council, and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority have announced plans to deliver a new 100,000 sq ft immersive tourist experience “The Beatles Story” at St Johns shopping centre. With support from central government, the plans will look to deliver a major global attraction in the city centre by repurposing the former St Johns’ market hall – part of St Johns Shopping Centre.

Inditex-owned fashion retailer Lefties has opened its first store in the UK at Landsec's Liverpool ONE shopping centre. The retailer's new store, located on South John Street, extends to 27,000 sq ft across two floors and offers products for men, women, children, and babies, alongside the brand's home, accessories, and footwear categories. The flagship will also feature some of the brand’s latest retail technology, already introduced at recent European openings.

Landsec has secured the signing of Mulberry at Liverpool ONE, as the landlord continues its transformation of Peter's Lane. Opening in November, the 979 sq ft store will sit in Keys Court on Peter's Lane, offering a range of luxury leather products and gifts. Landsec said the signing reinforces Peter’s Lane’s growing appeal as a premium fashion and lifestyle destination, building on recent leasing momentum.
