Mago Capital has acquired a mixed-use parade in Cobham, Surrey, for £40m. The London-based real estate investment and asset management firm has snapped up Oakdene Parade, its first acquisition outside of the capital. Located on a 2.1 estate, the parade is anchored by Waitrose and comprises 21 retail and restaurant units, along with 22 residential flats on the upper floors. Cobham is one of the most affluent towns in the UK and is located in Surrey’s prime corridor alongside Esher, Oxshott, and Weybridge.

Princes Mead Shopping Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire, has reached full occupancy following the signing of Deichmann. Opening before Christmas, the footwear retailer's new store will offer a range of national brands and independents for men, women, and children. The opening marks a milestone for Princes Mead, with every retail unit within the mall occupied once Deichmann opens its doors. Located in Farnborough town centre, Princes Mead brings together over 30 stores, with retailers at the scheme including Boots, JD Sports, Clarks, Holland & Barrett, The Works, and Yours, alongside independent shops such as Dress Mode, Party Buzm and The Crafters Collective.

KENJI signs at Bracknell's The Lexicon

KENJI is set to open at The Lexicon in Bracknell, taking a 3,000 sq ft space. The new store will offer a range of contemporary homeware, gifting, and lifestyle products. KENJI joins a number of gifting and lifestyle retailers at The Lexicon, including Søstrene Grene, Rituals, Smiggle, and Waterstones.
