Caledonia Park, the premium designer outlet village in Gretna, Scotland, saw a record-breaking year for sales and performance in 2024. Over the course of the year, the destination also introduced seven new brands and secured a number of long-term renewals. In 2024, Caledonia Park saw total sales surpass 2023 levels, whilst footfall was up by 8% year-on-year. Standout categories included health and beauty and F&B, which saw year-on-year increases in sales of 26% and 16% respectively.

The Eden Centre in Carlisle has changed hands after being acquired by the Llandudno-based Bearmont Group. The centre also includes The Market Hall, a former Wilko store, a Tk Maxx Store, and a retail arcade, and is one of the few covered Victorian markets remaining in the UK. The scheme – which was previously owned by BAE Systems 2000 Pension Funds Trustees Limited – is also home to a number of independent businesses, including a greengrocer, a butcher, a flower shop, as well as several cafes and food outlets.

The Lanes shopping centre spans 437,331 sq ft and produces a net operating income of over £1.9m per annum. Major tenants at the scheme include Primark, Next, Superdrug, New Look, River Island, Costa Coffee, and Lush. The Lanes has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 7.
