Dalton Park in County Durham is set to welcome TFG London this June, which will bring three womenswear brands, Hobbs, Phase Eight, and Whistles, to the outlet shopping destination. The 3,337 sq ft multi-brand store will open ahead of the summer period, offering womenswear and occasionwear at a key time for seasonal demand, as shoppers prepare for summer events, weddings, race days, and other occasions.

Dalton Park Outlet to expand fashion lineup with Belstaff addition

Dalton Park Outlet in the North East is set to expand its fashion lineup with the addition of Belstaff. The British fashion retailer – which was acquired by Castore in 2025 – will join the outlet shopping centre, located in County Durham, this June. Belstaff joins the existing fashion lineup at Dalton Park Outlet that includes the likes of Calvin Klein, Castore, Levi’s and Tommy Hilfiger. Dalton Park Outlet, the outlet shopping destination in County Durham, has achieved full occupancy for the first time since it opened in 2003. Since taking on asset management at the scheme in 2022, Global Mutual has increased its occupancy from 87.3% upon acquisition to fully let today. This has been accomplished with the signing of CafeBar eighteen38, which has taken the final unit at Dalton Park Outlet.
