Located adjacent to the A13, Old Market Retail Park is let to Pets at Home, Poundland, Farmfoods, McDonald's, and KFC. The scheme has a weighted average unexpired lease term of five years. The real estate investment trust has also sold 24 properties across various non-core sectors.

Sue Ryder has relocated at The Willows Centre in Wickford, Essex, upsizing from its previous store at the scheme. The opening of the 52-seat restaurant follows successful sites in Lakeside, Romford, and Ilford. With over 150 Chopstix Group sites in the UK, the business is continuing to open new sites through both company-operated and franchise ownership models. The Basildon restaurant marks the company's fifth equity opening of 2024, in addition to a number of openings with its new and existing franchise partners, including Haven and Welcome Break.
