Goold Estates has secured a number of new lettings at Tannery Retail Park in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, following a £1m redevelopment of a former Co-op site. These new signings are led by B&M, which will open a 18,889 sq ft store in August within the retail park's largest unit. The discount retailer joins St Richard's Hospice Foundation, with the charity shop set to open a 5,092 sq ft larger format store in July.

A Grade-II art deco cinema building in Worcester has been placed on the market with a price tag of £1.5m. Spanning 7,218 sq ft, the former Northwick Cinema on Ombersley Road was designed by Charles E Wilford and constructed in 1938. The cinema's original interior followed art deco interior designer John Alexander's plans and the building remains the only surviving and complete example of his work.

A group of private investors have purchased Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch for an undisclosed sum. Investment management firm Running Hare has acquired the 900,000 sq ft scheme from asset manager Capital & Regional and its capital partner Oaktree Capital Management, other sources have reported. The shopping centre was placed on the market by Savills last year with a price tag of £50m.
