Boux Avenue is set to open a new flagship store at Manchester's Trafford Centre this autumn. This news follows the opening of Boux Avenue's new 2,765 sq ft store at Manchester Arndale last month, with the brand making its return to the city centre with under a 10-year lease. The British lingerie, nightwear, and swimwear brand will be doubling its size at the Manchester scheme, with the new store featuring new fitting rooms with concierge buttons and bespoke lighting options.

POP MART is set to open its 10th store in the UK at Manchester's Trafford Centre. Located on Regent's Crescent, the 1,400 sq ft store will open later this month and offer a range of collectibles and toys. Taking the brand's UK presence to double figures, the Manchester store will join POP MART's other locations such as London Oxford Street, Westfield London, Soho, Birmingham Bullring, and Cambridge.

Market Place in Bolton has appointed Dave Pearman as general manager, bringing over 25 years of property management experience to the mixed-use destination. Pearman has previously held senior roles at Manchester Corn Exchange and Runcorn Shopping Centre, and has significant experience with mixed leisure, office, residential and standalone retail developments. His career began with the Sainsbury's Argos group, where he managed various high-profile projects, building relationships with agents through refurbishments and refits that eventually led him into shopping centre management.
