Spanning 1,618 sq ft over two floors, the café will offer a health-focused, all-day menu centred around organic açaí bowls made from Amazon-sourced berries, alongside smoothies, drinks, vegan toasts, and a range of brunch and lunch options. Housed within a Grade II-listed building constructed in the early 1900s, 88 Vicar Lane retains many of its original architectural features, providing a blend of heritage character and contemporary appeal.

Private diagnostics clinic Randox Health has signed for its first location in Yorkshire at Redical's Victoria Leeds shopping centre. The 734 sq ft space will offer the brand's complete range of services, including blood tests, full body health checks, specialised testing, innovative diagnostics, and corporate wellness programs. Randox Clinic will look to diversify the tenant mix at Victoria Leeds, complementing fellow wellness-focused brand ALO, which recently launched in Victoria Quarter.

The Broadway shopping centre in Bradford is set to change hands in a deal worth over £70m. CoStar News has reported that real estate investment and development company Eurofund has agreed to acquire the scheme. The shopping centre was brought to the investment market last year by Savills, acting on behalf of receivers, with an asking price of £74.23m, reflecting a net initial yield of 9.5%.
