London Square has acquired Wimbledon Bridge House from Federated Hermes, a mixed-use development which the group has earmarked for residential conversion. The property – which is situated opposite Wimbledon Quarter Shopping Centre and Wimbledon train station – comprises 128,000 sq ft of offices, a multi-storey car park, and 38,000 sq ft of retail space. The acquisition is London Square's 15th since becoming part of Aldar in 2023 and its third major site purchase this year intended for residential development.

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has placed a cinema in Streatham, South London on the market with an asking price of £6.5m, representing a 7% net initial yield. Located on Streatham High Road, the cinema comprises eight screens with 1,364 seats arranged within a 47,143 sq ft building. The property is let to Odeon Cinemas on a 25-year lease expiring in June 2038, offering a term of 13.

Estama has been appointed by Mole Valley District Council as property manager for the Swan Shopping Centre in Leatherhead, Surrey. Located on the town's high street, the 106,019 sq ft shopping centre is anchored by retailers including Sainsbury's, Boots, WHSmith, and Poundland, alongside a number of independent businesses.
