The Pollen Estate has welcomed a wave of premium tailoring and footwear brands to its Mayfair portfolio, as the group looks to cement Savile Row, Clifford Street and Old Burlington Street as a global centre of tailoring, craftsmanship and contemporary luxury. Recent openings include specialist brands Carmina Shoemaker, P. Johnson, and an expanded flagship for Thom Sweeney. These openings follow the arrival of menswear specialist Rivet & Hide in late 2024, and align with The Pollen Estate’s refreshed retail strategy.

Waitrose has acquired the freehold of Hersham Green Shopping Centre in Surrey, securing the future of the supermarket retailer's existing store at the scheme. As the new owner of the 54,000 sq ft scheme, Waitrose will also become the landlord for 16 additional retail units. The 27,000 sq ft Waitrose store is a hub for the village, offering meat, fish, and deli counters, alongside a dedicated John Lewis click-and-collect point.

US-based real estate investment trust Realty Income has acquired The Lexicon shopping centre in Bracknell for around £150m. The asset has been sold by a joint venture between Schroder Capital UK Real Estate Fund and Legal & General Capital, CoStar News has reported. The 1 million sq ft shopping destination – which was developed by the joint venture in partnership with the local council – is home to tenants such as Marks & Spencer, Primark, JD Sports, and Next.
