In line with the restaurant's heritage, Rosa's Thai opened with a traditional Thai blessing ceremony – led by monks from the Wat Arun Norfolk Buddhist Temple – which included chants, prayers, and rituals. Meanwhile, ProCook has brought its range of cookware, tablewear, and kitchen appliances to Chantry Place.

Tresspass has relocated its existing store in Norwich after opening at Castle Quarter shopping centre. The outdoor wear retailer has signed a five-year lease for a unit located at the scheme's White Lion Street entrance. Founded in Glasgow in 1938 under the name Jacobs & Turner, Tresspass is a producer and retailer of clothing and equipment for outdoor pursuits, such as skiing and hiking.

Tk Maxx has recommitted to Castle Quarter after renewing its lease at the Norwich scheme. The clothing and homeware retailer has penned a new ten-year lease – with a break after five years – for its 23,000 sq ft store. The signing is reflective of Castle Quarter's updated leasing strategy, which looks to introduce social, leisure, and lifestyle operators whilst retaining its core retail offering, which includes brands such as Boots, Flying Tiger, and The Entertainer.
