Jo Malone is set to open its first standalone store in Northern Ireland at Victoria Square in Belfast this December. The British lifestyle and fragrance retailer will take a 3,402 sq ft unit at the scheme, offering its range of fragrances, home scents, candles, bath and body products, and gifts. The signing comes during a strong year for Victoria Square, which has seen sales increase by 23% in the first half of the year compared with the same period in 2025.

Abercrombie & Fitch is set to open its first store in Northern Ireland at Victoria Square in Belfast. Opening later this year, the store will be located on the scheme's upper ground floor, in between LEGO and Sephora, the latter of which made its debut within the island of Ireland in February. The fashion retailer will also join its sister brand Hollister at the destination. The signing follows a busy leasing year at Victoria Square.

Sephora has opened its first store in Northern Ireland at Victoria Square in Belfast. The store – which is the beauty retailer's first to open in 2026 – extends to 2,550 sq ft and is Sephora's 13th location in the UK to date. The new opening is the first of several in 2026, as the retailer looks to reach 20 total UK store locations by the end of 2026. The next store is set to open at Bristol's Cabot Circus this spring.
