Colliers' Licensed & Leisure team has been appointed by Portsmouth City Council to find a suitable tenant for the 170-metre tower, which sits at the entrance to Portsmouth Harbour. The tower comprises three viewing decks, along with a kitchen and bar on the waterfront at the base, and a café located on the second viewing deck.
