Cornish Bakery is set to open its first bakery in Wales this week at Station Approach in Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, North Wales. The store will feature the brand's latest concept, RISE by Cornish Bakery, which is being rolled out across larger properties in key areas across the UK. Spanning 2,500 sq ft, the new store – which is located at the entrance to Eryri National Park – seats up to 166 guests, inside and outside.
