Rituals has opened its first store in Scotland at <a href="https://completelyretail.co.uk/scheme/caledonia-park-designer-village-gretna-21743">Caledonia Park Designer Outlet</a> in <a href="https://completelyretail.co.uk/shops-to-rent/gretna">Gretna</a>.



The beauty and wellbeing brand joins a number of retailers which have recently opened at the outlet shopping centre, including <a href="https://news.completelyretail.co.uk/phase-eight-and-hobbs-open-at-caledonia-park/">Hobbs, Phase Eight</a>, <a href="https://news.completelyretail.co.uk/caledonia-park-welcomes-two-fashion-brands-2/">Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein</a>.



Maria Averkina, asset and development manager at Railpen, said: "Rituals is another fantastic addition to Caledonia Park. Marking its debut outlet store within Scotland, it continues to drive our vision forward of delivering a quality destination that hosts a variety of fashion, beauty, and outdoor wear brands. Annemarie Forsyth, managing director of Rituals UK &amp; Ireland, said the opening marks an "exciting time for the brand" in growing its retail presence across the country.

Rituals opens first Scottish store at Caledonia Park

Hobbs and Phase Eight have opened at <a href="https://completelyretail.co.uk/scheme/caledonia-park-designer-village-gretna-21743">Caledonia Park</a> in <a href="https://completelyretail.co.uk/shops-to-rent/gretna">Gretna</a>, marking their first and second outlets in Scotland respectively.



The two brands have opened a joint 3,000 sq ft unit in the centre of the scheme, adjacent to brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade New York, Radley London, and <a href="https://news.completelyretail.co.uk/caledonia-park-welcomes-two-fashion-brands-2/">recent additions Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein</a>.



Phase Eight and Hobbs at Caledonia Park offers a range of womenswear including coats, jackets, knitwear, shoes, bags, and accessories.



Caraline Money, global group retail director at TFG Brands, which owns the two retailers, said: “The opening of Hobbs’ first outlet in Scotland is a huge milestone for us. Scotland, and Caledonia Park specifically, deliver so much potential and opportunity in terms of demographic and spend and we are excited to be part of a destination that is continuing to grow and evolve. We look forward to delivering Hobbs and Phase Eight’s timeless collections to a wider audience, just in time for the Christmas period.”

Railpen said that Caledonia Park is set to continue on a positive leasing trajectory, with a number of brands in advanced discussions to join the scheme next year.

Railpen's <a href="https://completelyretail.co.uk/scheme/Caledonia-Park-Designer-Village-Gretna">Caledonia Park</a> has welcomed the signings of fashion brands Phase Eight and Hobbs, which are set to open later this year.



The two brands will share a 3,035 sq ft unit with a dual fascia, with Hobbs and Phase Eight opening their first and second Scottish outlet stores respectively.



Their arrival will add to the <a href="https://completelyretail.co.uk/shops-to-rent/gretna">Gretna</a> centre's existing range of high-end fashion brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Kate Spade New York.



Caraline Money, global group retail director at TFG Brands, which owns the two brands, said: “Hobbs’ and Phase Eight’s signing at Caledonia Park is a key, strategic moment for the brands as it signifies not only our first outlet store for Hobbs in Scotland but enables us to enhance our presence nationwide and engage with a new customer base, previously untapped.”
