Starbucks is set to become the latest operator to join The Centre, Livingston later this month. The global coffee shop chain has taken a 90 cover, 3,200 sq ft unit which is expected to open in mid-February. Starbucks joins over 150 stores and restaurants at The Centre, Livingston, including the likes of M&S, River Island, Flannels, H&M, Hotel Chocolat, Wagamama, Nando’s and Five Guys.

The North Face has opened the doors to its upsized store at Livingston Designer Outlet, the largest outlet shopping destination in Scotland. Taking a 4,230 sq ft unit located next to BOSS, the outdoor clothing and equipment retailer's new store features a wider assortment of product ranges and an improved layout. The North Face – which has been a part of Livingston Designer Outlet since 2015 – owns and operates 13 outlet stores in the UK.

Søstrene Grene has opened a new store at The Centre, Livingston, as it looks to reach 100 UK stores by 2027. The Danish homeware retailer – which operates over 300 stores across Europe – has signed a 10-year lease for a 6,097 sq ft space. The new Scandinavian-inspired store's offer includes textiles, furniture, toys, kitchen accessories and gifts. Søstrene Grene becomes one of many retailers to arrive at the shopping centre over the last year, including beauty brand Rituals and Cinnabon for its first location in Scotland.
