Wingstop has opened its 22nd restaurant in London at The Chimes shopping centre in Uxbridge. Spanning 3,000 sq ft with space for 62 diners, the restaurant offers the brand's range of signature wings alongside desserts and drinks, including milkshakes and beer. Since launching in 2018, Wingstop UK is set to have 57 sites by the end of the year, with an ambition to reach 200 locations within the next five years.

Capital Theatre has signed a 10-year lease with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) for a new permanent 36,000 sq ft venue at Westfield London. The theatre operator will occupy the ground floor of the former Debenhams department store, with the new venue set to launch in October 2025. The new venue will launch with Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage, following the success of Dirty Dancing as the fastest-selling show in West End theatre history.

Related Argent has appointed Kenningham Retail as the sole agents to lease the retail, leisure, and F&B offer at Brent Cross Town. Brent Cross Town is a 180-acre park town which is being designed and developed by a partnership between Related Argent and Barnet Council. Once complete, the development will comprise a new high street which offers retail, leisure, and F&B, as well as 3 million sq ft of commercial space with the capacity for 25,000 office workers.
