Greenridge Investment Management has completed the sale of a Waitrose and John Lewis store at Futura Park in Ipswich for £28.6m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.1%. The property comprises purpose-built retail warehouse, extending to approximately 71,000 sq ft with 409 car parking spaces . It is let in its entirety to the John Lewis Partnership on a long lease with fixed rental uplifts. Greenridge Investment Management originally purchased the asset in May 2024 for £21.

Co-op and EG On The Move have opened a 24-hour roadside store in Stowmarket, Suffolk, the partnership's first launch since opening a number of trial sites last year. The site, located on the A1308 Needham Road, combines a 24-hour petrol forecourt with a Co-op franchise convenience store. The 24-hour store offers chilled and hot food, bakery goods, everyday essentials, car care products, and a self-service Starbucks coffee machine, while the petrol forecourt provides four EV charging points, eight fuel pumps, air and vacuum services, and two jet washes launching soon.

Gateway Retail Park in Harwich, Essex, is now fully let following the addition of PureGym. The gym operator has secured Unit 3, which spans 7,001 sq ft, on a 15-year lease. PureGym will join a line-up of retailers at the scheme including Argos, B&M, and Peacocks.
