Shops to let in Shopping Centres in Eastbourne

The Beacon is the dominant retail centre in Eastbourne, comprising 350,000 sq ft of prime retail space anchored by Primark, Boots, River Island and Next. An 175,000 sq ft extension was opened in Autumn 2018 where an additional 22 retail units, seven restaurant units, a 9 screen Cineworld and a significant extension to the car park was developed. H&M occupy a 23,000 sq ft store and Next are trading from a 21,000 sq ft store. Other retailers to have moved in include Schuh, New Look and Fat Face.

Our offer is very diverse with recent tenants that are Laura Ashley furniture, MG Cars, 4 restaurants and Kiddicity crèche and childplay. These add to our footfall drivers that are Tesco, Poundland, B&M, Snap Fitness and the Post Office.
