IKEA has opened a 'Plan and Order Point' at Kingsway West Retail Park in Dundee, Scotland. The retailer's Plan and Order Points are dedicated to kitchen, bedroom, and living room planning and allow customers to visit for tailored design consultations to help design their home spaces. Customers can book a free appointment with one of the Dundee store’s planning specialists or use the in-store self-service tools to design their own solutions.

The Overgate shopping centre in Dundee is now 90% occupied after the scheme welcomed 88,063 sq ft of new lettings in 2025. The scheme – which was acquired by Frasers Group in March 2023 – completed 10 new lettings in 2025, as well as five store renewals totalling 12,634 sq ft. Overgate also completed three major store refreshes. Over the course of the year, the scheme welcomed the likes of FRASERS, FLANNELS, Clarks, Mango, Clintons, Nomination, Menkind, Bee Inspired, and Oud Studio.

Superdrug is set to expand its store presence at the Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee by more than a third. The health and beauty retailer will increase the size of its existing store by over 35%, from 7,125 sq ft to 9,739 sq, taking over the adjacent former Clintons store. The store is due to open in October and feature a number of new offerings, including beauty studios, fragrance counters, and a nurse clinic with an enhanced pharmacy.
