Superdry & Co has opened its first outlet store in the UK at Caledonia Park in Gretna, Scotland. The fashion retailer's 4,500 sq ft store has been selected to showcase Superdry & Co's latest rebrand, offering men’s and women’s collections including outerwear, jerseys, shirts, and denim. Superdry & Co sits joins a number of fashion brands at Caledonia Park, including Nike, POLO, French Connection, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.

Crocs has signed for a new store at Railpen's Caledonia Park outlet shopping park in Gretna, Scotland. The 1,754 sq ft store will feature Crocs' core and seasonal collections for men, women, and children, including clogs, sandals, and sliders. A range of 'Jibbitz' charms will also be available, enabling visitors to customise their footwear in-store. Due to open in April, Crocs will extend the scheme’s footwear, casualwear, and family lifestyle offer, joining brands such as Nike, POLO Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.

Mountain Warehouse has opened an upsized store at Caledonia Park outlet village in Scotland. The outdoor retailer has more than doubled its presence at the scheme, upsizing by 70% into a 6,276 sq ft unit adjacent to the M&S outlet. The new store stocks Mountain Warehouse's full range, including outerwear, camping equipment, and products from the Animal lifestyle brand. This opening follows a strong year for the destination, with year-to-date sales up 11% compared to 2024, and a number of brands at the scheme committing to significant renewals.
