Queensgate Peterborough has expanded its food and beverage offering with the signing of Jamaica Blue. The Australian coffee and all-day dining brand, operated by Foodco, will occupy a 1,270 sq ft location in the scheme's upper mall, close to the newly opened Frasers anchor store and adjacent to the upsized Goldsmiths showroom. The brand will serve coffee drinks, using its signature Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee blend, alongside a made-to-order food menu that features brunch dishes, gourmet sandwiches, and handcrafted cakes and sweet treats.

Korean-inspired grocery retailer Seoul Plaza has opened at Queensgate Peterborough, making its debut in the city. The retailer's new 4,099 sq ft store, located alongside New Look in the scheme's Lower Mall, offers a range of supermarket-style groceries, snacks, and ready to eat meals. A leading importer of Korean food in the UK, Seoul Plaza also offers an range of Japanese, Chinese and Thai products.

Lovisa has opened at Queensgate Peterborough, making its regional debut. The jeweller has opened a 1,630 sq ft store on the scheme's Lower Mall – adjacent to anchor tenant Boots – which offers a range of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, body jewellery, and hair accessories. The opening of Lovisa comes amid an increase in demand for jewellery at Queensgate. Sales in the category were up by 10.
