The 13.1 million footfall saw visitors mixing big days out (24%) with regular top ups (22%) at its 44 retail stores. An average catering trip value of £58 at 19 cafes and restaurants alongside the popular Hollywood Bowl and Showcase Cinema de Lux.

Teesside Park serves the Tees Valley towns (Middlesbrough, Stockton, Darlington, Hartlepool and Redcar) as well as surrounding regions including County Durham and North Yorkshire. Newcastle and York are an hour’s drive away.

Offering over 1,650 free parking spaces for up to four hours (including greener electric charging points and disabled and family spots) and served with five local bus routes.

A further 2,000 long stay spaces are available in the restaurant and leisure car parks. The Showcase Cinema de Lux is a huge draw for local families, students and concessions.
