Description

Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre extends to 140,000 sq ft, with over 40 shops and 1,000 dedicated parking spaces. The scheme was 95% let at launch – an unprecedented level within the UK market to date.

Retailers included Marks & Spencer, Clarks, Austin Reed, Mexx, Virgin Cosmetics, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Designer Room and Claire’s Accessories. There are also a number of family restaurants including Costa Coffee and Fresh. In keeping with the horticultural theme, the centre is anchored by a large 'Blue Diamond' garden centre.
