Mulberry Place is the centrepiece of innovative plans to transform the Northamptonshire town of Daventry into a thriving regional retail and leisure destination.

Mulberry Place will provide approximately 58,000 sq ft of new flexible High Street retail / leisure accommodation to suit the modern occupier, a provision which is currently unavailable in Daventry, together with 298 dedicated car parking spaces. Mulberry Place is viable and funding is in place due to a food store site being linked financially to this scheme within Daventry Town Centre.
