Over 60 team members WorldHost customer service and Dementia Friendly trained. 1,200 schoolchildren took part in water-based educational sessions over three years, through our support for local children's sailing charity Horizons. 1,030 children have taken part in fun, educational literacy events at Drake Circus since 2011, through our partnership with the National Literacy Trust. 14% less energy use since 2012, saving occupiers £68,500 and cutting carbon by almost 200 tonnes. 1,900 tonnes of waste recycled over five years. More than 20 unemployed young people have benefited from retail training at Drake Circus over two years, with 14 moving into work and other positive outcomes soon afterwards.
