Willow Place is the main retail pitch of the town. Constructed in 2007, the 175,000 sq ft (16,257 sq m) retail development is anchored by Primark and TK Maxx and benefits from a strong fashion focus including H&M Hennes, River Island, New Look and Dorothy Perkins/Burton.

Corby Town Centre has a diverse offering in an attractive pedestrianized environment. The main area includes retail, office, residential and an increasing amount of evening leisure uses.

With excellent road links surrounding the area, Corby is in prime location for the distribution centres of many major businesses. The area is also currently undergoing a major house building programme which is predicted to double the population of Corby, and increase it's retail spend significantly.
