The projected opening date is set for Q4 2024. Tenants are expected to be open on day one of operation and appropriate fit out periods will be agreed in advance.

Belfast Grand Central Station will be a state of the art transport hub accomodating 26 bus terminals and 8 railway platforms, providing unrivailed quality and service to the anticipated 20m passengers. The Dublin/Belfast Enterprise service will relocate to Belfast Grand Central Station once the station becomes operational. Weavers Cross: The wider Weavers Cross development is a transport led regeneration project supporting the Belfast City Council’s Agenda, a new vision for Belfast in 2035, setting out the ambition to attract 50,000 new jobs and £1bn investment to regeneration projects in the city. Grand Central Station sits at the heart of Weavers Cross – a 15 year development plan which will see this part of the city transformed. Located at the entrance to Belfast Grand Central Station, Saltwater Square will be a new public space in the city and one of the major focal points of the development. Boasting a new public square that can be used for public art, entertainment space and leisure uses.
